PAST PRODUCTIONS

Pinocchio & his P.A.Ls (adapted from The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi)

"The group loved coming the session and in our evaluation of the day said it was amazing and they wanted to do it again.  From a staff point of view I saw a couple of children completely come out of themselves and interact in a way I've never seen before, something I was able to feed back to their parents and carers.  Thank you so much for giving them a wonderful experience." [Springboard Project]

The Wacky World of Oz
(adapted from 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz'  by L. Frank Baum)

"I thought it was absolutely amazing the way all the children were able to join in. Even with a huge range of abilities within the group at every turn there was an opportunity for EVERYONE to take part and I could see that you made sure no one was left out."  [Caroline Black, parent]

Toad on the Road (based on 'The Wind in the Willows' by Kenneth Grahame)

"My son really loved the whole performance and so did I.  Fabulously interactive and all of you were brilliant at encouraging my son yet not overexciting him – no mean feat." [Parent]

"All the children and staff had a brilliant time. The actors were fabulous and the whole show was extremely inclusive and adaptable. Highly recommended [Sutton Mencap]

Blackbeard's Revenge

"My son loved Blackbeard's Revenge and so did I. I loved the way that so much thought had gone into the sensory aspect of it, from the texture of the shells to the water spray and the smell of the hot chocolate. He also loved the songs, the puppet dog, trying on the animal masks in the jungle and the feel of the baby snakes. I thought that the whole thing was fab. The length of the show was just right and moving from scene to scene kept the whole thing fresh and interesting. I really like the fact that the children can be as involved as they want. My son is quite timid and likes to take things at his own pace. Your shows give him the opportunity to be able to participate within his comfort zone. He hates to feel under pressure or to feel that he will be asked to perform and at these shows there is never any pressure to do so. In fact this is the only way that he can actually experience drama and acting. He cannot cope with being in a traditional theatre set-up, so thank you for bringing the theatre to him at a level he can understand and appreciate.  [Michelle Perrett, parent]

Alice's Tea Party  (based on Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll)

"The show was excellent with very effective use of props, music and rhymes.  It really was unique how accessible you made it.   The whole event was very friendly and well thought out.  The advance pack was particularly impressive, providing a visual outline of the story plus puzzles and activities.  We hope that you will produce another show next year.   I know of at least two other parents who were also very impressed."  [L. Dennison, parent]

A Midsummer Night's Dream
"A huge thank you for today.  A lovely setting and a lovely activity. We had a great time."

[Rosemarie Glithero, The Children's Trust, Tadworth]
